Impact
My project only had a slight impact on the Pep Rally. My website had a solid amount of activity, and students did give their input, but ultimately nothing really changed. A lot of grades didn't have enough people sign up, and a lot of the problems that I tried to solve were still evident at this past pep rally.
Improvements
To improve my solution I could've had more promotion for my website, to get more people to sign up. With my goal being to run the Pep Rally through the students, I should've done more to get the most students as possible to participate.
Biggest Takeaway
My biggest takeaway is that students need to be excited about something for it to work. Until that happens, the Pep Rally won't be anything monumental at STEM.
